We’re seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Product Marketing team and will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. In this role, you’ll help drive product education, content creation, and enablement strategies for our customers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll take ownership of product communications, learner engagement, and the coordination of monthly product releases. This is a growth-focused role with an exciting opportunity to influence Kameleoon’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives and training programs.
Note:
- This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Position ideally in Ontario but we are open to other locations in Canada
Product Education and Training:
- Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of product training materials and video courses for Kameleoon Academy, aimed at customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner support, content updates, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Contribute to strategies to increase LMS usage and provide input on learner engagement and adoption metrics.
Product Communication and Messaging:
- Aid in coordinating monthly product release communications, including supporting content creation, internal webinars, and product newsletters.
- Collaborate on feature release communications to ensure timely updates are shared with internal and external stakeholders.
Sales Enablement:
- Assist in the development of sales enablement materials such as product explainer videos, one-pagers, customer success stories, and use cases.
- Work with internal teams to help ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and differentiation of Kameleoon’s products.
Video Production and Content Development:
- Support the creation of video content by assisting with scriptwriting, storyboarding, and reviewing educational videos and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate on content for webinars, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to contribute to educational and enablement initiatives.
- Provide insights from learner engagement and product usage metrics to help improve training materials and product education strategies.
Ongoing Improvement and Feedback:
- Help gather and share feedback to enhance Kameleoon Academy, training materials, and release communications.
- Participate in promoting Kameleoon’s thought leadership and messaging through professional networks.
