As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the DACH markets. Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide strategic insights: Deliver structured market intelligence to inform decisions across product, marketing, brand, and supply. Proactively engage with industry associations and stakeholders to gather trends and insights, ensuring KaraFun products stay ahead of market changes.
Lead market alignment: Oversee the coordination of market plans (demand, supply, product, brand) to ensure they align with KaraFun’s broader business objectives.
Ensure effective implementation: Oversee the cross-functional execution of market strategies and collaborate with product teams, marketing, and supply teams to maintain market relevance.
Contribute to business reviews: Participate in regular reviews, providing forecasts, and contributing to budget analysis. Propose proactive strategies for new opportunities and mitigate risks..
Develop partnerships: Identify and build relationships with potential partners to expand KaraFun’s presence. Lead key initiatives like SEO optimization and online partnerships to drive business growth.
Optimize performance: Ensure sustainable growth by optimizing marketing channels, user engagement, and revenue streams.
Define user personas: Work closely with our Data, Product, and Customer Care teams to create detailed user personas that inform marketing and product strategies.
Shape the offer strategy: Contribute to defining our service offerings and regularly monitor performance to ensure they meet market demands.
Localization: Ensure the accurate localization of brand assets and marketing materials by providing clear guidelines for transcreation.
PR and media strategy: Collaborate with PR teams and agencies to develop and execute communication strategies that increase KaraFun’s products visibility in the DACH markets. Serve as the company’s spokesperson in media engagements.
Networking and events: Represent KaraFun products at industry events and trade fairs, enhancing our local visibility and identifying new business opportunities.
