Welcome to our dynamic and friendly Marketing team! As a key member, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive Kbrw’s growth initiatives.
Our unified Marketing team is committed to engaging in collaborative efforts, encouraging empowerment, fostering a caring environment, and driving performance.
As an international Field Marketing you’ll be at the forefront of executing our Marketing strategy, working hand in hand with our team.
Work closely with the local sales team to drive revenue growth through tailored marketing initiatives;
Provide necessary marketing support to boost sales efforts and achieve turnover goals.
Be the ambassador of your local business needs and activate resources (content, digital, product) to achieve your local objectives.
Contribute to the overal field marketing strategy and build your local event calender
Build and refine event strategies (lead gen, brand, partnerships, etc.…);
Build the event processes (kickoff, team mobilization, retex..) and improve event ROI;
Identify impactful local resources (trade organisations, associations, business networks, etc.);
In time, develop and implement a robust local communication & media strategy by activating and piloting external PR resources;
Leverage central marketing resources (campaigns, contents, digital resources, product narratives, etc.) to achieve your objective;
Contribute and co-build the collective marketing plan;
Construct and pilot the annual field budget;
Oversee your local suppliers and nourish relationships;
Monitor budget implementation;
Define and measure field ROI matrix
Build smart reportings to monitor ROI
Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and organizational alignment.

Master’s degree in Marketing from a university or business school.
5 years of significant experience in a similar role at a SaaS software publisher.
Strong business acumen and expertise in direct marketing techniques.
Familiarity with decision-making processes in the IT and software publishing world.
Excellent communication skills, recognized for your conviction, leadership, customer orientation, sense of innovation, and creativity.
International mindset, capable of working in multi-cultural environment. Fluent or bilingual in French & English. Understanding more than one geographic area or country is a huge plus.
