During your 6-month Communications & Corporate Affairs internship starting January or February 2025, you will play a critical role in our external corporate communications and in supporting our corporate affairs strategy. You will be an integral part of our European Corporate Affairs team and report directly to a Communications Manager on site. This internship offers you the opportunity of a steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment where you will be exposed to various aspects of corporate communications and public relations.
We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid working model in which you can divide your working hours between our office in Belgium based in Zaventem, and your home office.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation - You will create engaging content for press releases, social media, and internal communications to inform, connect, and engage key audiences.
Visual Creation - Developing visually engaging images and videos tailored for various digital platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Content Management – You’ll manage content and develop editorial plans to ensure consistent, engaging, and strategic communication across all channels.
Partnerships - Assisting with corporate social responsibility initiatives, including organizing volunteering days and fostering partnerships with local non-governmental organizations.
Organisation Is Key - You will support our public affairs agenda in Belgium and the Netherlands to strengthen stakeholder relationships and advocacy efforts.
We’re Looking for Someone With
You are a student doing a Master’s degree in Communication/media/business administration at a school or university and looking for an internship as part of your degree.
You have good writing skills and are able to draft different types of texts, with different tonalities, and in an appealing way
Confidence in communication within an international, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
Fluency in English, and Dutch or French.
