Apprenticeship Assistant Brand Manager – Kendo Brands Scandinavia (H/F)
The objective of this apprenticeship is to allow you to develop competencies on Brand Management while putting into practice learnings you acquired during your studies.
TUTOR: BRAND MANAGER – Kendo Brands Scandinavia
MISSIONS**:**
The aprentice will work on a distributor model and will be in direct contact with the distributor to prepare new launches, as well as in contact with Kendo international brand teams (Ole Henriken, Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair)
Coordinate and ensure the launch of brands and products in Scandinavia through VM hand in hand with the Brand Manager then more autonomously.
Adapt the merchandising plans from EU and other regions to the local markets working directly with the VM Managers and the Brand Managers
Review the module artworks with the distributors and the VM Managers
Follow the schedule with the supplier and make sure everything is delivered on time in full
Be cost oriented to use smartly the allocated budget for the region
Coordinate and ensure the launch of brands and products in Scandinavia on time in full
Share Calendars, gather launch date from the markets ensure compliancy with global strategy and alert should need be
Be in charge of the Launch & Animation Plan for each brands: ensure that the regions update their animations, ensure with the managers that the activations are in line with the strategy
Share assets with the teams in time and alert if needed
Ensure and control the brand visibility across the channels (in store & digital) with our different retailers
Anticipate markets needs working with the brand managers to receive complete animation creative briefs
Share and follow up with global the development of the assets
Survey and share best practices with markets on ways to improve visibility
Focus on Digital working with the distributor Digital Team, participating to our initiatives on digital to convert
Analyze the performance of the launches through ad oc analysis and share recommendations.
Update Strategy Plan decks
Add any relevant information from the different data shared by the markets (results, launch and animation plan, pictures, …)
Participate to brainstorming sessions with the team
Support the brand manager in the pricing strategy of newness
Look into competition to find the right price positioning of the new launches
Share retail pricing recommendation with the team
PROFILE:
You are a bachelor or master student specialized in operational marketing/International business, you wish to develop your knowledge in the cosmetic industry as well as in Trade Marketing and Brand Strategies while being involved in the business development of Scandinavia through brand and product launches.
You are autonomous, organized, rigorous, proactive, dynamic, and able to prioritize your work, you know how to act in an international environment adapting yourself to the circumstances and interlocutors.
You are sensitive to the cosmetic industry and wish to contribute working in a small team.
You master IT tools (Microsoft Office) and being fluent in English is mandatory.
Contract as of September 2025 (1 or 2 years apprenticeship contract)
1) A 30 mins interview online with the HR Manager
2) A one hour interview in our offices with the tutor
