We are looking for a Google Ads and Social Ads Expert to help develop our clients’ SEA and SMA strategies and help us scale our internal projects.
This is a paid acquisition role for someone who master the powerful paid advertising platforms in order to achieve successful results.
As part of an international team, you will be responsible for managing our client’s campaigns in different sectors.
As part of your duties you will be involved in :
Audit and analysis of keywords
Competitor research
Setting up Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts including copywriting and, in some cases, creative design (images, videos, GIFs)
Creation of landing pages and lead generation forms
Ongoing management, performance analysis and optimisation of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts – ROI objective
Implementation of multiple tests (strategies, ad variants, creative, etc.)
Implementation of event and sales tracking via Google Tag Manager
Creation of forecasts/reports of results and assessments
Creation of Google Data Studio dashboards
Regular meetings with your clients to present the results and improve the strategy

Minimum level of education: Two-year Bachelor’s degree in web marketing
Languages: French or Spanish (native written and spoken) with a very good level of English (written and spoken)
Advanced experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
Very good interpersonal skills
Very organised, versatile and able to manage several projects at once
Ability to summarise, analyse, take initiative and show curiosity
First video call with the paid acquisition manager (~1 hour)
Logic test and case study (~2.5 hours)
Final interview with a Keyweo co-founder (~1 hour)
