We are looking for our first Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us bring DeepIP to the next level 🚀.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive the acquisition of new customers of our AI patent drafting product across the Legal & IP market. You will be responsible for establishing new relationships with law firms and other large enterprise clients, articulating the value and the ROI of DeepIP.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and oversee a targeted account list, handling every stage of the sales process from initial outreach, demonstrating the product, closing contracts, and nurturing the relationship.
  • Master MEDDIC, maintain excellent pipeline documentation & hygiene, ensure a 3X pipeline coverage, and achieve your quota consistently.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments, particularly marketing and product teams, to represent market insights, enhance messaging, and drive the product roadmap forward.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to demonstrate the value of DeepIP
  • Contribute to improving the sales playbook to support scalability, capturing insights and best practices that can be leveraged across different accounts.
  • A proven successful track record of selling 50k$ to 250k$ ACV software solutions within the Law & IP sector. Ability to lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with stakeholders ranging from executives across various functions to day-to-day product users – especially the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excited about prospecting, and capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated passion for DeepIP’s mission and strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in the IP sector.
  • Understands DeepIP’s business model and implements sales strategies in order to capitalize on opportunities and reduce competitive threats.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively
  • Constantly leads by example by way of impeccable integrity and professionalism and exhibits an honest/customer-centric attitude at all times.
