Within our Range team, everything we do starts with thorough research. We visit our customers’ homes and their sites to observe them completing projects and gain a deep understanding of their needs. This knowledge ensures our solutions solve real problems for our customers. The Brand team oversee the creation, development and management of our industry-leading portfolio of Own Exclusive Brands (OEBs) across our banners. All while producing all the OEB content that makes these brands visible to our customers in-store and online.

With offices across EMEA, China, Hong Kong and Vietnam, our sourcing teams bring valuable insight from the global market and commodity trends, supporting strategic and tactical sourcing decisions and work closely with the Offer & Sourcing Category teams and Buying Office teams, to turn range strategy into global sourcing and vendor strategies.

The Supply & Logistics team is dedicated to building a global, end-to-end, and sustainable supply chain that ensures outstanding customer experience and strong business performance. We focus on optimizing availability, inventory, and logistics costs while driving dynamic fulfillment services and meeting sustainability goals.
Acting as a key business partner to Offer & Sourcing and Banner teams, S&L influences supply chain performance across existing and new ranges, They also manage supplier relationships and work to enhance overall efficiency.
At Kingfisher, our Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business. From maintaining financial accuracy and upholding high ethical standards, to providing legal clarity across diverse areas, we keep decisions informed and lawful. Our Procurement team manages over £2.4 billion in spend annually, delivering essential solutions across our banners to enhance the end-user experience. Together, we drive efficiency and support the continued success of Kingfisher and its operations!
