We at Krones.digital Prague are a newly founded hub of software developers and tech experts with a main focus on cloud IIoT solutions. Our vision – sustainable and affordable beverages, food and essentials for everyone and everywhere.
We work very closely with our international Krones.digital colleagues based in Pilsen, Regensburg, Bangalore and Suzhou and lead with innovative solutions to empower our customers.
As part of this international community of around 500 experts belonging to the Krones Group, we all share our passion for working with the latest and most advanced digital technologies to transform the industry. In this way, we deliver intelligent, predictive and self-optimizing systems to our customers, meeting their goals and beyond, making them successful and sustainable.
As an experienced manager, Marco has been in charge of Krones.digital Eastern Europe, in the role of a team leader, since March 2023.
He is responsible for establishing brand new development digital hub in Prague, merging the existing teams of agile SW developers' teams together with teams of engineers, working mainly on-site by the customer.
With a clear vision and company values, he is determined to strengthen the Krones.digital global brand on markets of the Czech Republic and Macedonia in close cooperation with the Krones.digital division in Pilsen.
Marco joined the Krones Group back in 2017 for 3 main reasons: a motivated team where he could grow; the company itself - family-owned with agile capabilities and a challenge to contribute to a more sustainable and productive beverage industry.

Štěpán joined the company in December 2014 as a Python developer. Thanks to his rapid professional growth, he was promoted and from 1. 1. 2022 took over the role of Konplan SW Development team leader in Pilsen within the Krones.digital organization.
He is responsible for the overall coordination of activities and the integration of his Scrum teams, supports and manages the personal development of each member of the Pilsen division of Krones.digital.
What Štěpán enjoys and is interested in are very challenging projects, especially because of their given structure, complex range of tasks, clear results and, last but not least, because they make perfect sense. Krones.digital provides him with the security of a large multinational community of software developers, where he finds motivation to grow, gain new experiences, opportunities and challenges. He also appreciates the young team with whom he goes for a beer ;)

Šárka is a Cloud Developer in the Krones.digital team based in Pilsen, who became its valuable member in February 2023. She collaborates with the team to facilitate the online transition of customers by connecting their production lines to the cloud. Šárka's expertise is in utilizing technologies such as Python and Amazon Web Services.
She highly values the “end-to-end solution” her team provides. This comprehensive approach covers everything from data collection at the edge to advanced data processing in the cloud, which ensures seamless integration for customers.

Youssef joined the Prague office of the Krones.digital community in March 2023 as a Product Owner of two different products. In his role, he is responsible for work planning, organization, product evaluation and progress monitoring. Working with various development teams from different locations around the world, Youssef ensures smooth coordination and efficient execution.
He decided to become part of Krones.digital primarily because of products that significantly affect people's lives.
Despite primarily working remotely, he greatly values the friendly relationship with his colleagues from an international working environment. Their friendship contributes to his overall job satisfaction.
