The position

Job description

As a CRM Executive, you will join the BOS (Business and Operational Solutions) team, made up of 4 amazing people !

You will coordinate and execute CRM projects and campaigns, ensuring that quality is delivered at all levels.

You will:

  • Assist the CRM Team with day-to-day tasks and coordinate CRM projects and activities as requested

  • Liaise with the design, content and all teams to ensure delivery of campaigns, successfully and on time

  • Coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB Tests, and automated programs

  • Building HTML email templates

  • Execute and deliver campaigns for different languages across multiple channels including but not limited to newsletters, direct mail and SMS’s, push notifications, outbound phone calls scripts

  • Ensure quality across all levels including but not limited to: translations, content, artwork, newsletters and landing pages

  • Configure and setup bonuses and promotions as well as test them to ensure quality and controlled costs

  • Provide campaign monitoring and evaluation including customer support feedback

  • Use CRM tools to handle customer lists, apply segmentation and relevant compliance checks

  • Liaise and communicate with the Customer Service departments to ensure smooth running of campaigns from start to finish

Preferred experience

To successfully carry out these missions, we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience within an iGaming CRM organization

  • Highly organized character with attention to detail as well as being able to work with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Copywriting and proofreading skills (English). Experience in writing engaging content for casino and sportsbetting audience

  • CRM communication reporting and analysis on campaign delivery and performance

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Good knowledge and experience using HTML code
