As a GrowthManager at Kovalee, you will own user acquisition activities across a portfolio of mobile apps, managing UA campaigns and ASO strategies to drive growth. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, leveraging your expertise to turn great mobile products into global hits.

What you'll work on

  • Manage and optimize paid UA campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads and more.
  • Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and make data-backed optimizations.
  • Develop and execute ASO strategies to increase the number of organic installs.
  • Come up with impactful marketing message in collaboration with the creative team
  • Collaborate with designers and motion artists to test and refine high-converting ad creatives.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels, bid strategies, and campaign structures to unlock growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, data, and monetization teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Own campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve efficient, scalable growth.
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, from a top school.
  • 2-3+ years of experience, ideally in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Preferred background in apps, gaming, ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, consulting, M&A, or VC.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
