Job description

KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, Legal and Advisory services. We operate in 143 countries and employ 265,000 people in member firms around the world. It has been 35 years since KPMG opened first its office in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Since then, it has grown to an organisation with 5.900 staff working in 16 countries.

We are now looking for a Regional Learning & Development Specialist in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This position will be based in Prague, Czechia.

Job description:

  • foster close cooperation with CEE countries to address their needs and requests
  • co-develop and implement learning and development strategy and programs
  • cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, country representatives, trainers (internal and external), HoLs, training coordinators and third-party vendors
  • innovate and implement L&D policies and procedures
  • CEE Point of contact for PD related processes
  • coordinate regional trainings
  • collaborate within team which is based in Czech Republic and Poland
  • build knowledge about learning systems and reporting
  • other ad-hoc duties and interesting projects

We require:

  • university degree (bachelor’s degree sufficient)
  • native/fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • good knowledge of learning & development processes (ideally, 2 years of experience)
  • IT proficiency, including MS – Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. (knowledge of SAP Success Factors an advantage)
