Key Responsibilities:

Perform consulting assignment on-site for our clients

• As part of our consulting team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our clients key projects

• You will develop your business analysis skills, project management skills and overall professional development

Offerings, Business Growth & Diversification:

• Assist in research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

• Support the development and implementation of new service offerings.

• Collaborate with senior consultants on business development initiatives.

People Engagement:

• Contribute to talent acquisition efforts

• Assist in designing and implementing learning and development programs.

• Foster internal collaboration by supporting team-building activities and initiatives.

Visibility & Identity:

• Help plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.

• Assist in marketing and communication efforts, including social media and content creation.

• Support branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s identity in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
