Job description

 We are seeking an enthusiastic Project/release manager Intern with a programming background  to join our "Release management Team". as a part of our Engineering Department where  more than 200 engineers are working together to bring innovative solutions to Kyriba clients around the globe. We are a team of passionate people motivated by agility, innovation and continuous improvement.

As a Project Manager you will be a driver, a force of proposal and would have a proven track record of designing efficient processes and effective tools to deliver execution excellence in a software development environment. The primary objective of this internship is to support the RM team in coordinating delivery, optimizing and automating processes in alignment with the overall transformation project.

Prerequisites:

  • Seeking an end-of-studies internship

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program at an Engineering School or University (IT projects and development)  

  • Final year of Engineering School or Master II of University


  •  

    Responsibilities:

  • lead a project to improve our release management tool - automation / communication around several tools used by the team (google suite / Jira)

  • Liaise with RM, Product Management, Engineering and TechOps to manage and enhance processes and tools 

  • Monitor project execution

  • Coordinate all production software delivery requests and follow up on their executions

  • Implement Project productivity and Quality KPIs

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Good knowledge of any scripting / programming language (Java script / google script & JQL would be highly appreciated)

  • Knowledge  with Agile methodologies & project management tool (Jira)

  • Team player

  • Analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret the underlying matters

  • Ability to multi-task and identify project management problems and identify how solutions offered can resolve those problems.
