As a Business Application/Platform Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our platform (All Access) from conception to completion. Working within a dynamic team environment, you will collaborate with IT & Digital teams, the Digital Project Manager, regional sales managers and sales coordinators to gather and refine customer requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of new features. You will be responsible for delivering the roadmap and strategic planning for All Access, as well as implementing new features that bridge the gap between the customer’s vision and technical execution.
All Access Strategy & Implementation
- Deliver strategic roadmap for All Access
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Define requirements, and specifications for the new features and lead their strategic planning
- Oversee non-regression and new feature testing for three business entities, make implementation decisions based on test results
- Ensure that all features are delivered on-time and within scope
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT & Digital
- Map and optimize the customer journey to enhance user satisfaction
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance user experience
- Put in place continuous feedback loop & continuous improvement plan for All Access
- Monitor and optimize All Access performance, ensuring high reliability
- Provide support and troubleshooting for All Access-related issues
- Identify and implement cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within All Access to increase revenue
- Create Power BI tools to monitor All Access performance
All Access Communication & Promotion
- Collaborate with communications team to prepare and distribute internal and external communications related to All Access
- Achieve 100% adoption of the All Access platform by certified providers worldwide
