The Content Creation and Marketing Manager will:
To deliver customer-focused content across web and social channels
To effectively implement content planning and strategy across projects
To make regular recommendations for content optimization throughout the content production approach
To work with the content production team as well as across departments to produce high-volume and cost-effective customer-focused assets in a timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical writing, marketing or equivalent experience/training
Ability to think critically and make decisions on best ways to present content to different audiences
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
Ability to see both the big picture and the small details
Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
Empathy and understanding of others’ working styles and approaches
Ability to build strong relationships
A willingness to learn
