These systems are used at the world's largest music festivals, live events, theaters, stadiums and houses of worship. Today, L-Acoustics is the world leader in premium professional sound systems.


Our German Business Unit, CAMCO, is a world leader in electronics for the professional sound industry developing amplified controller technology. CAMCO is looking to expand its team by recruiting an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (alter Radio- und Fernsehtechniker).

What you will contribute to :

  • Utilize and maintain a variety of manufacturing tools and equipment, including screwdrivers and other hand tools, to ensure efficient production processes.

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to support the introduction of new products and technologies.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

  • Troubleshoot and repair testbenches and manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new testbenches and manufacturing processes, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrialization role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address process inefficiencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • German language required; English is a plus.

  • Driver’s License is a must.
