Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Controlling, Reporting & Audit, the Head of Industrial Controlling plays a strategic role in driving the financial performance of our global industrial operations.
You will oversee a team of three controllers and ensure the integrity of financial data to support sound decision-making across our manufacturing & supplying (Warehouses)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the work of three industrial controllers
  • Oversee and continuously improve industrial controlling processes across all sites
  • Manage costing methodologies, including standard and actual costs, hourly rates, and industrial resource allocation
  • Contribute to the accuracy in margin analysis, product costings, and inventory valuation (actual and forecast)
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track performance and support operational efficiency
  • Oversee financial analysis of industrial investments and track ROI commitments
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to industrial, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in financial processes and internal controls

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial controlling within an international environment
  • Prior experience in managing a team or coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, margin analysis, and investment evaluation
  • Proficient in Excel skills
  • Plant experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
