Reporting to the Director of  Industrial Operations, the Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities and resources to ensure the smooth execution of the production plan and the proper application of industrial policy, including:

- Ensuring the production plan and performance management while respecting defined quality, quantity, and deadline requirements.
- Supervising the proper functioning of production lines and controlling production operations.
- Organizing, implementing, and monitoring production to meet the objectives of the production plan.
- Ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Planning and coordinating different phases of production by distributing work within the team.
- Ensuring the proper application of the Quality policy.
- Coordinating the continuity of flows.
- Ensuring the correct application of production standards and reporting any anomalies and difficulties in application.
- Training and raising awareness among operators regarding methods and adherence to QHSE fundamentals, ensuring the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:
- Being a proactive force and driving the continuous improvement process.
- Leading the continuous improvement approach (Lean) by relying on dedicated teams.
- Implementing continuous improvement actions (training, supporting, adopting improvement actions, etc.).
- Managing change and overseeing key projects for the production chain (processes, new products, etc.).

Performance Monitoring:
- Animating and improving KPIs to ensure reliable and relevant production management.
- Sharing KPIs with teams to engage and unite around operational excellence.

Team Management:
- Planning and optimizing required resources to ensure product manufacturing and adapting to activity forecasts.
- Engaging and uniting teams around common and shared objectives.
- Developing personal skills and versatility.
- Responsible for Health and Safety for his area, enforcing all guidelines, particularly hygiene and safety instructions, within the team.

- 3-5 years production management experience
