The main mission is to develop/drive the Social Innovation Program called Share & Care. Over the past 12 years, L’Oréal Share&Care program has provided the highest levels of social protection, healthcare, balance, well-being, and workplace to our employees around the world. L’Oréal was the first company to introduce such an international large-scale social innovation program with a genuine global impact. However, since the COVID-19, many companies have developed wellness programs which requires us to reimagine/strengthen our strategy even further. One of our key priorities is to deep-dive into Cancer Policy, Caregiving, and Mental Health.
MISSIONS:
It is rare to join a team that has just been created to establish a global program to design the most innovative well-being program for our 90,000 employees! In doing so, the main responsibilities are below but not limited to:
- Global Share & Care community and stakeholder management (townhall, monthly committee meetings etc)
- Trend/ benchmark analysis on the latest social innovations in markets & competitors
- Preparation of internal events or meetings
- Participate in research programs conducted by external partners (universities, experts, research companies, international organizations like WHO, ILO etc…): support field activities’ coordination, preparation of documents…
- Press review
MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE ? - Project management skills - it is highly important that you are well organized and can set/manage deadlines to advance different projects with different stakeholders
- Communication Skills - we require someone who can input/output effectively, active in stakeholder management by exchanging with our zone/countries.
- Prioritization Skills - as we are in a start-up mode, it is important you understand the priority of your skills (if not clear to discuss with the manager) to focus on what is most relevant and impactful
- Resilience x Entrepreneurship - the duality of continuous challenging spirit and ownership will be key to the success of this role

What do you need to apply? - You are a student with a master’s degree in engineering School or Business / University.
- You can provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months with your school.

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.
If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions. Nb: You can access our YouTube channel for more career advice!

Frequently Asked Questions How much responsibility will I have as an Apprentice? As an apprentice at L’Oréal, you will be welcomed as a full member of a team, with your scope and responsibilities. Of course, you will not be alone: your manager will provide you with objectives and a vision. However, to succeed you will need to keep in mind that you play the main part in your journey and future projection in the Group. Entrepreneurship spirit is key.
Will I have a chance to land a job after my Apprenticeship? We take our interns and apprentices very seriously. So yes, it is our ultimate goal! In average, each year, former interns and apprentices fulfill 70% of our junior job needs. A very large number of our current employees at all levels have come through this type of experience.
I do not know anything about cosmetics: do I stand a chance? Less than one-third of our apprentices have had previous experiences in the beauty industry. We give more credit to other essential qualities such as entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the ability to question and dare.
