Join our CDMO Europe team in Clichy and support our 7-person European Consumer Care team! You’ll contribute to projects enhancing customer experience and optimizing Care performance, interacting with diverse internal (Care teams, IT, DPO) and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead the revamp of our SharePoint site (structure, access, migration), redesign brand website contact pages (including updated consent requests), and craft compelling brand-specific response templates.
• Operational Support: Manage escalated customer cases, develop and maintain Care contact sheets for our Book of Process, and handle IT ticket creation/follow-up (including new user accounts).
• Performance Analysis: Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly Business Intelligence (BI) data.
• Content Development: Create engaging training materials, write informative knowledge-base articles (including “known issues” from quality analyses), and synthesize factory feedback for consumer-facing communications.
• Community Engagement: Co-facilitate workshops, seminars, and a regular newsletter to strengthen the European Care community.
