Join our Corporate Responsibility teams!

Aspiring to grow within our programs, amidst our 38 brands, or as part of Fondation L’Oréal?

Our CSR internships missions are made for you!

Climate change and environmental changes will potentially lead to the irreversible degradation of natural habitats and our living conditions. Rising sea levels, melting ice caps, warming and acidification of oceans, and extreme weather events will accelerate. To address these significant challenges, stronger commitments are needed.

That’s why L’Oréal has decided to reinforce its efforts through a program called L’Oréal for the Future. Our commitments for 2030 mark the beginning of a more radical transformation and embody our vision of the role and responsibilities of companies in facing the world’s challenges.

Join our Sustainability Leaders within one of our Divisions:

  • Luxury Division: High-quality formulas, breathtaking experiences, premium and personalized products are the keys to the timeless success of our 22 international luxury brands. (Brands: Yves Saint-Laurent, Lancôme, Armani, Prada…)
  • Consumer Products Division: Immerse yourself in the dynamic environment and impact the products you’ll find on the shelves of your local supermarket. (Brands: Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, …)
  • Professional Products Division: The historic division of L’Oréal is now dedicated to transformation, disruptive trends, and colorful creativity. Our brands in the Professional Products Division thrive through the expertise of our hairdressers and beauty specialists, distributing our 10 diverse brands in beauty and hair salons. • Dermatological Beauty: Health is the future of beauty. Transforming science into beauty is the mantra of our 6 Active Cosmetics brands, made possible by powerful innovation and the passion of professional experts such as dermatologists, pharmacists, and medical advisers. (Brands: La Roche Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, …)

Integrate and actively contribute within Fondation L’Oréal:

The L’Oréal Foundation is committed to supporting women in expressing their potential, taking control of their destiny, and having a positive impact on society through three areas: scientific research and solidarity beauty, and climate action. For more than twenty years, we have been fighting for a more inclusive and sustainable world.

  • For Women In Science: Since 1998, the L’Oréal-Unesco program aims to accelerate the careers of women scientists and combat the obstacles they face, enabling them to contribute to solving the major challenges of our time. In 24 years, the program has supported more than 3,900 researchers from over 110 countries, valuing scientific excellence and seeking to inspire young women to engage in scientific studies.
  • Beauty for a Better Life: Convinced that beauty contributes to the self-reconstruction process, the L’Oréal Foundation supports vulnerable individuals in improving their self-esteem by providing access to free beauty and well-being care. It also promotes the employment of vulnerable women through excellent training in beauty professions. On average, about 21,000 people per year benefit from these beauty and well-being care, and over 27,000 people have participated in dedicated training since the program’s inception.
  • Women & Climate : Women are victims of persistent gender inequalities and discriminations, accelerated by climate change. While they are the first affected by the consequences of global warming, they are underrepresented in decision-making bodies. The L’Oréal Foundation’s Women & Climate program supports women carrying out projects to address the climate emergency and raises awareness of the importance of solutions that take into account the intersectionality of gender and climate issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much responsibility will I have as an intern?

As an intern at L’Oréal, you will be welcomed as a full member of a team, with your scope and responsibilities. Of course, you will not be alone: your manager will provide you with objectives and a vision. However, to succeed you will need to keep in mind that you play the main part in your journey and future projection in the Group. Entrepreneurship spirit is key.

Will I have a chance to land a job after my internship?

We take our interns and apprentices very seriously. So yes, it is our ultimate goal! In average, each year, former interns and apprentices fulfill 70% of our junior job needs. A very large number of our current employees at all levels have come through this type of experience.

I do not know anything about cosmetics: do I stand a chance?

Less than one-third of our interns have had previous experiences in the beauty industry. We give more credit to other essential qualities such as entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the ability to question and dare.
