Job Opening for Future Needs! - Demand Planner

We are actively seeking unique talents to join our dynamic team for future needs in the position of Demand Planner. While we don’t have an open position for this role right now, we are constantly looking for new candidates to join our group due to growing demand for this position.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

Your missions will be to:

  • Lead and manage Centralized Sales forecasting monthly process on top of the centralized scope
  • The Centralized scope regroups Signatures/Affiliates, based on Turnover Segmentation and Governance (the monthly forecasting cycle is closed by the Validation Meeting, where the DGA along with Zone GM’s validate the global/regional SF)


  • Built and improve centralized sales forecast based on sell-in historical data, enriched by the knowledge of the sell-out by affiliate by sku.
  • Ensure the most reliable split of SF using the cleansing of the historical data at sku/country level and working the model deviation at aggregate level.
  • Built SF for the launches at Centralized level, getting validation of the Top countries before extrapolation.
  • Works with S&OP team to have an end-to-end vision of our value chain to better pilot the growth and efficient stock deployment
  • Ensure the quality of the SF whatever the stream (baseline, promos, launches, plv) and animate the monthly SF validation meeting at centralized level.
  • Control, challenge and accept to be challenged on the gap between SF and Financial Trend at aggregate level.
