YOU WILL LEARN TO:

Under the supervision of the CFO, Data & Analytics:

• Global consolidation of expenses and workforce related to Data & Analytics within the L’Oréal Group
• Development of financial guidelines for Zones/Countries and Functions regarding the transformation of the Data field
• Measurement of Data performance and Analytical projects, including value creation for the Group
• Preparation of financial and strategic presentations for the Executive Management
• Budget control of central expenses in collaboration with project managers and consultants

YOU ARE…

Hard skills:

• A Master student who is able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - mandatory!
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables…),
• Fluent in French and Professional-level English.

Soft skills:

• Strong numerical skills,
• Rigorous in data manipulation,
• Good interpersonal skills to obtain necessary data,
• Ability to synthesize and analyze numerical data, and create understandable and relevant tables,
• Adaptability to multiple stakeholders.
