YOUR FUTURE TEAM
The Global E-commerce Analytics Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and performance of L’Oréal’s e-commerce analytics capabilities across all platforms and markets, adapting to the needs from highly sophisticated tools delivery to simple box solution
to smaller markets. This role is critical in leveraging data insights to optimize sales, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
What a day in your future job looks like:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
2. End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of e-commerce analytics tools and processes across all e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, pure players, and e-retailers. Designing and developing functionalities that meet the needs of different markets and platforms
3. Data Insights: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from e-commerce data, including sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
4. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize e-commerce performance through data-driven decision-making, including pricing optimization, product assortment planning, and promotional strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, Tech & IT, and supply chain, to drive alignment and integration of e-commerce analytics initiatives.
6. Stakeholder & Budget Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and priorities and ensure timely delivery of insights and solutions. Develop and manage budgets for the program, and ensure that resources are used efficiently
7. Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement e-commerce analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to design a roadmap for the program, considering the needs of different markets and platforms
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the maturity and sophistication of L’Oréal’s e-commerce analytics capabilities.
