Global People Development & Learning Intern - March 2025 - 6 months | Paris | 1700€ per month |

Do you dream of launching your career in Human Resources, specifically within Learning and Development, at a dynamic and growing international company? As a People Development Intern at our offices near Paris, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering learning experiences for our employees worldwide. You’ll gain valuable experience in project management, content creation, stakeholder management, and data analysis within a fast-paced and stimulating environment.

Your Missions:

  • Contribute to and coordinate the development and delivery of global People Development campaigns, focusing primarily on employee conversations (CONNECT)
  • Create engaging communication materials (newsletters, internal website content, videos) and learning resources (one-pagers, guides, training slides) on various people development topics such as self-awareness tools, skills development, onboarding (FIT), mentoring, and coaching. The specific focus will depend on current priorities. These resources will be utilized globally and adapted locally.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (communication agencies) and internal stakeholders (HR in different zones and countries, corporate communication teams, and cross-functional partners) to activate people development initiatives.
  • Curate learning content on our internal learning platform, ensuring employees have access to a rich library of resources to support their growth. You will receive certification in back-office administration of our learning platform.
  • Track KPIs using dashboards and data analysis to measure the impact of campaigns and initiatives on employee development.


What we are looking for:
  • You are currently pursuing a Master 2 degree.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus
  • You are passionate about people development and learning and are eager to learn in a global setting.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and excel as a team player.
  • You are creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
