HR Finance Controlling Team Manager

Here is the role you will have to play in this team:

  • Develop the budget and trends of its scope of activity, and produce the reporting of the activity and the necessary KPIs.
  • Manage a team of 4-5 controllers and participate in its development.
  • Ensure HR data quality.
  • Monitor costs and perform all analyses to identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure the application of processes, reporting and schedules in compliance with group directives.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders including management and internal control.
  • Ensure the proper application of Group standards and best practices in close cooperation with internal control.
  • Propose system improvements and reporting modes.
  • Participate in HR community training.


The technical and professional skills you will need:

OPERATIONAL MASTER
  • Strong Finance-controlling experience is a must
  • First experience in people management
  • Proficiency in HR tools is a plus
  • Ensures implementation of HR fundamentals
  • Ensures compliance with legal and social obligations


BUILDS BUDGETS THAT SUPPORT GROWTH
  • Drawing up budgets and financial forecasts in conjunction with managers.
  • Identifies the link between these elements and the achievement of business development and financial objectives.
  • Captures the transformation levers in Finance


MAKES EFFECTIVE USE OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS AND DATA

  • Ensure financial reporting is in line with Group standards


PROJECTS AND ANALYSES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks and solutions to achieve objectives
  • Sets objectives
  • Recommends changes that support strategy
  • Calculates and interprets financial results
