The position

Job description

I am the International Project Manager of Ambre Solaire and I am responsible for developing the product expertise, animating pillars and creating innovative product concepts, formula and pack, within the time & costs constraints. I act as the consumer & Innovation champion.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

STRATEGY

  • Advise Global Marketing Senior Manager and Global Marketing Director on product portfolio mix based on trends, insights and feedback;
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Senior Manager and Global Marketing Director to develop Innovations and big pillars launch plans;
  • Develop product vision and strategy in line with the global category vision.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Develop breakthrough products - Innovations that answers to target consumer needs:
    • Gather and develop consumer & markets insights and business opportunities from different stakeholders;
    • Create innovative project concepts that target consumer insights;
    • Manage the end to end project launches - Innovations (insights, formula direction, packaging design, artwork, etc) with relevant stakeholders for new products, pillars and renovations;
    • Collaborate with the right parties from early stages onwards (operations, labs, campaign & content manager, CMI, Retail & Design, digital, zones & emerging areas, etc) to ensure the consistency and feasibility of new product development;
    • Work with the Scientific Communication lasb, and to translate the product idea into industrially usable technical terms enabling the development and industrialization of the formulas;
    • Ensure the feasibility and profitability and SBWA KPIs of projects;
    • Research, recommend and implement innovative products and solutions that facilitate eCommerce experience (e.g. size, weight, etc.);
    • Brief CMI team for the tests;
    • Create & send launch packs;
    • Coordinate the production phase, and ensure related support in close collaboration with the Industry and Sustainability Manager;
    • Coordinate with zones & countries to track product performance and competitive analysis;
    • Work closely with the Campaign & Content manager to infuse him/her with knowledge and content of the product.
  • Manage the animation of core SKUs:
    • Co-manage the animation calendar for core SKUs with the Global Marketing Senior Manager;
    • Ensure core SKUs growth throughout the year;
    • Assess SKU performance using data provided by Zones & countries through effective collaboration.
