YOUR FUTURE TEAM

As Contract Manager accountable for the IT services of Global Beauty Tech, you will integrate the Vendor Management Office (VMO) to operate on all activities entrusted to our partners.

Under the supervision of the Group VMO Director, you will join an expert’s community dedicated to all aspects of sourcing management, to partners relation and landscape optimization and Group’s development strategy support.

Infrastructure & application services such as outsourcing processes have no secrets for you, you have actively participated in RFPs and in the implementation of contracts in an international context, you know how to daily manage your contract baseline, you are rigorous, process oriented but flexible and agile? Your focus is Business, and your obsession is to support IT teams?

What a day in the life of the IT Vendor Management Office team looks like:

  • Among the missions entrusted to you, you will pay a particular attention to the respect of the sourcing strategy.
  • You will manage the relationship of Global major suppliers at contractual level (More than 15 suppliers identified)
  • You will of course develop and negotiate contracts with IT managers, supporting them from the definition of needs to the contract stage
  • As a leader in your domain, we expect you to develop the Contract Management Practice at Group level in strong partnership with your Group and Zone peers.

Additionally:

Support the sourcing strategy

Support of contract stage in case of supplier massification
  • Support for the implementation of different sourcing models (onshore/nearshore/offshore),
  • Support for the transformation of sourcing models (packages, managed services, Business Platforms),
  • Support for delivery transformation (Agile)

Manage the partnership of major suppliers in the area at the contractual level
  • Contracts (technical, legal and commercial elements)
  • Governance (Contractual, Performance)
  • Performance (Kpi’s, SLA’s..)

Ensure the compliance of suppliers in the contractualization stages in partnership with :
  • Legal
  • Purchasing
  • Security

Accompany the implementation of the optimization paths identified by the VMO
  • Massification
  • Optimization
  • Renegotiations…


Develops and negotiates contracts with IT managers from the definition of needs and with other support functions (purchasing/security/legal) during the search for a new supplier, extension of a partnership/change

Develops the Contract Management function in the Global Beauty Tech including
  • Support and coordination with IT teams (definition of needs, supplier relations, governance & escalation process, contract management escalation processes, contract & change management…)
  • Support and coordination of legal/purchasing/security support teams: onboarding of teams during identified projects, communication of the supplier/project strategy…

Ensure compliance with Internal Rules (sourcing model, governance, performance follow up)

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
  • You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, an operational level of English, an appetence for IT, broad knowledge of Beauty Tech and digital markets would be a plus, knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools is recommended.
  • Cursus in the field of contract management or equivalent graduation / study
  • General knowledge of information technology (IS/IT)
  • Knowledge of different delivery models and related sourcing options in IT Services (T&M, FPC, WUB, IMS, AMS, Run, Roll-out, Build ….)
  • Understanding of different standards and frameworks in the field of IT services (ITIL, ISO/CEI 20000, , eSCM, Agile methodology & related organization, DevOps model ….)
  • Ability to synthesize and present to CxO level
  • Listens carefully to clients to understand their needs, to clearly qualify them and find the most appropriate solutions
  • Takes initiatives in change management & communication to facilitate the implementation of solutions and user satisfaction
  • Capacity to acquires new IT knowledge quickly and keeps abreast of technological developments and market trends
  • Rigorous, process minded as well as flexible & agile > ability to adapt to new situation and propose solution eg :
    1. Develop collaborative/cooperative mode of operation
    2. Develop teamwork with participants from different industries, countries and cultures
    3. Ability to achieve common goals
    4. Manage effective interactions with internal and external contributors to find the support needed for success
  • From a business standpoint:
    1. Assimilates the company’s overall business strategy and understands the long-term needs of users/customers
    2. Ability to translate them into IT strategy
    3. High level understanding of portfolio project management
  • Advanced usage on common and standard tooling related to workplace (Office, Teams, Visio conferencing, share, ….)
  • English fluent
