L’Oréal Luxe Division - Global Omnimedia Measurement Manager
This role is responsible for empowering L’Oréal Luxe Division’s global media strategy with data-driven insights, ensuring every media engagement is optimized for maximum impact and cultivates deeper connections across Global, Zone, and Key Market levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Track and monitor all engagement touchpoints for the division at the Global, Zone, and Key Markets level. Ensure proper communication and adoption of Luxe Rules of Engagement. Provide regular updates and optimization recommendations on media spend performance. Recommend media spend allocations across channels and digital platforms based on existing measurements. Partner with E-commerce and Data/Insights teams.
Execution: Monitor media execution across all touchpoints. Ensure proper communication and adoption of Media Golden Rules, while ensuring improvement of Luxe KPIs. Lead the change towards a data-driven mindset within media execution. Monitor and recommend the share of 1st-party data in media spending.
Learnings (Measurement/Performance/MMM, BETiq, & GLA): Consolidate and analyze data from Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives. Partner with other divisions on measurement-related topics (global learning agenda). Recommend the learning agenda for platform partners. Maximize the deployment and understanding of BETIQ within the division.
Community: Create a data-driven culture including Zones, DMI, and senior leaders. Support DMIs and countries/zones in building balanced and relevant POE (Paid, Owned, Earned) media strategies. Support the animation of the Performance community at Luxe and within the group.
Background:
5+ years of experience in Media (Paid, Owned, Earned), Business, Data analytics, or related functions. Proven track record in both digital and traditional media measurement.
