L’Oréal is seeking a passionate and driven intern to join our team and contribute to key recruitment processes for the Europe Zone. Spanning 17 countries with unique cultural landscapes and talent profiles, the Europe Zone presents exciting challenges and opportunities for those passionate about talent acquisition on an international scale.

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies and best practices within a global organization.
• Build strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
• Foster your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

• Data-driven impact and low code mindset: Manage and analyze the Europe Zone Scorecard, tracking key Talent Acquisition metrics specific to the region, using data visualization tools to generate impactful insights.
• Strategic insights: Prepare concise and compelling business reviews that highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities within Talent Acquisition across the European market.
