CCHI - Cooper Consumer Health International is a new Business Unit that is being structured and organized, managing CCH’s footprintin international markets such as the UK, Poland, Sweden, Greece, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia. CCHI operates with distributors in over 50 markets. We have strong ambitions in terms of development.

Reporting to the BU’s Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Manager – International Markets F/M will play a crucial role in setting up this new BU. They will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights aimed at improving business performance.

This opportunity is a newly created position related to this new chapter for CCH and CCHI.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the international markets

  • Liaise with Accounting Team, based in Melun, to ensure proper monthly closing process: cut-off entries, reconciliation of inventory positions with sales and purchasing, accruals on calculated expenses (e.g. bonuses)

  • Be a business partner capable of challenging and providing support for business decisions.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for his/her scope, explaining main variations versus targets.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top management to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

  • Participate in the preparation of board presentations and other management reports.


Preferred experience

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

  • 5 years at minimum of relevant experience in FP&A, management control, or Transaction Services consulting.

  • Experience in comsumer health industry is a real plus.

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a business/engineering school.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (Experience with ERP systems is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Fluent in English, working language of our company
