As part of the Supply team and under the supervision of the Team Lead Supply, your main responsibilities will be to develop the portfolio of homes, sourcing new luxury homes matching our customers’ search criteria and overseeing the entire process of adding them to the catalog.
You will also manage and develop a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring that they meet The Collectionist’s criteria. Your role covers a specific destination and involves a certain approach to property management.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Market research and analysis :
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and investment opportunities
Analyze the competitive landscape and create strategies to position our rental offerings effectively
Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions
Business objectives - sourcing :
Participate in building consistent goals in line with LC Group budget and guidelines
Implement and coordinate the company’s business plan
Recruit new owners/properties to achieve revenue targets and support local operations teams in achieving their goals
Maintain strong owner relationships throughout the year to optimize financial terms and secure availability
Identify and develop new destinations in the area to accelerate local office growth
Create compelling sales presentations and materials if needed
Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Effectively negotiate and close deals
Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Catalog addition process :
Actively search for new luxury properties that meet Le Collectionist’s standards in strategic destinations
Evaluate the relevance of properties based on selection criteria and market needs
Negotiate with property owners to establish favorable partnerships
Full process management for adding to the collection catalog
Supervise and coordinate the entire process, from initial selection to the online listing of properties
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Collection Manager, Rental Manager and marketing teams
Hand over to Collection Manager once the owner property is fully onboarded
Strategy & governance :
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities (potential acquisition targets for example)
Support the targets assessment with operational insights during Due Diligence phase
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (mandates, licenses, etc.)
Local branding :
Networking within industry events, conferences, and relevant business circles to expand the company’s reach
Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
COLLECTION MANAGEMENT
Portfolio management of properties :
Manage a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring they meet Le Collectionist’s standards
Develop the portfolio by identifying new opportunities and adhering to selection criteria
Maximize revenue realization conditions for your portfolio
Select the owners with whom to negotiate and convince to sign an exclusivity mandate, seasonal purchases or free up availability for our agency
Promote and sell additional products to property owners
Contribute to the creation and management of a network of owners in our main destinations
Participate in establishing annual objectives and budgets for the Supply department
Optimize your portfolio properties’ income :
Act as a facilitator and negotiator during transactions with owners (support to sales teams)
Monitoring KPI for each property in the portfolio (owner income, number of requests, conversion rate, occupancy rate, etc.)
Maximize the conditions for achieving turnover on your portfolio
Performance analysis and recommendations to owners
Development and deployment of action plans to improve indicators
Monthly, quarterly or annual meetings with owners to maintain a good relationship as well as provide advice to optimize the performance of their property, as well as good operational management
Property management :
Assume the main relationship with each owner of his portfolio, from the visit to updating information intended for internal teams and clients
Coordinate the collection of data and organize photography sessions for onboarding properties
Monitoring the update of legal documents (Protexa, licenses, mandates, etc.)
Support for a Stay teams in negotiating with owners’ security deposit deduction or compensation by tenants
Stay and Sales team Training Support :
Participate in the training of Stay teams (support on pre-season visits, on first arrivals, on VIP arrivals, creation of video training content, etc.)
Training of Sales teams and support in closing portfolio deals

Degree from a business or management school
Bilingual in English and in the language of the area in which you will be working; a third language is a plus
