Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne part of Le Collectionist are looking for a Operations Director to join the team in Zermatt.

As an Operations Director, you will bring a dynamic and authoritative presence to our prestigious brands: Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski, and Haute Montagne. Your role demands an unwavering commitment to excellence in the luxury travel industry, showcasing both passion and deep industry knowledge.

You will oversee the properties and maintenance of a secure, productive, and enjoyable work environment for your team, ensuring operational efficiency across all facets of our resort. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with chalet owners and suppliers, thereby enhancing our brand’s reputation in one of the world’s most renowned ski destinations.

In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize resort operations, elevate guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety. Your vision and expertise will be instrumental in guiding the operational strategy and ensuring seamless execution across multiple luxury properties.

Preferred experience

  • A hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a great leader and team player

  • Minimum four seasons experience managing a luxury chalet operation or a minimum 5 years in a management role in the ski hospitality industry.

  • The role requires thorough operational and first-class human resources skills as well as a proven ability to learn quickly, with a flexible approach to travel and working hours

  • Fluent in English and a good working knowledge of German.

  • A natural people person, willing to build a strong understanding of our staff, owners, clients and their needs

  • Excellent commercial awareness

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to different clients

  • Willingness to promote a team-oriented environment

  • Proficient and confident in using the latest technologies and media platforms

  • Attention to detail second to none
