The position

Job description

Role:
As a member of the Concierge team, the Pre-Arrival Concierge plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist clients before their arrival in Spain. They will create the best itineraries to ensure an unforgettable on-site experience. Additionally, with the support of the local team, they are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best suppliers that meet Le Collectionist standards.

Objectives:

✨ Client Management and Le Collectionist Support:
● Assist clients in organizing their stay by offering high-quality services and experiences.
● Provide quotes for services and experiences.
● Prepare and deliver guest itineraries.
● Ensure the transfer of information and follow-up by local teams.
✨ Strengthening and Expanding the Local Partner Network:
● Manage relationships with existing partners across multiple destinations.
● Enrich the partner network and expand the offering of experiences in existing destinations.
● Update and produce catalogs presenting services and experiences in English.
● Support the marketing team in updating destination guides with new restaurants and points of interest.
✨ Administrative Tasks:
● Record and update all suppliers and rates in the tool.
● Create quotes and invoices in the tool.
● Edit itineraries in the tool.
● Develop communication materials (catalogs).

  • Team player with an enthusiasm for training new team members.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience.
  • Open to candidates with unconventional backgrounds who excel in teamwork.
  • A valid driver’s license for manual cars
  • Knowledge of the zone is a plus.
