Your Mission
As the Head of Learning Solutions at Le Wagon for Business, you will:
Lead and manage the Pedagogical Engineering team to ensure the design and delivery of high-quality training solutions based on clients’ briefs.
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital skills programs, acting as the primary technical advisor and product owner for data and tech acculturation, up skilling, and re skilling initiatives.
Collaborate with the VP Education to align training solutions with Le Wagon’s educational vision and strategic goals, promoting AI and other cutting-edge technologies in our programs.
Work closely with Sales, Content, CSM, and Engineering teams to continuously enhance our B2B offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
Conduct advanced research to anticipate market trends, incorporating findings into the product development roadmap to maintain Le Wagon’s competitive edge.
Foster a strong feedback loop with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our training solutions and product offerings.
Maintain and enhance the product catalog, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the value and capabilities of our solutions for clients.
Lead strategic projects that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Pedagogical Engineering team and broader organization.
Build and manage a dynamic, innovative team, providing mentorship and professional development to team members to foster a high-performing culture.
Strengthen internal content enablement through training and development initiatives, ensuring all team members are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships internally and externally to enhance Le Wagon’s visibility and thought leadership in the corporate training market.
Promote a collaborative and synergistic environment across different business units to maximize the impact and reach of our training programs.
This is the role for you if :
You live in Paris and look forward to working on-site with the B2B team.
You have extensive experience in leadership roles within customer-facing teams and possess a deep understanding of data and technology (including concepts such as DevSecOps, GenAI, Programming such as Python, Power BI, etc.)
You excel at identifying client challenges and aligning Le Wagon’s solutions to effectively address their needs.
You are fluent in French and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills who enjoys presenting to executive stakeholders & clients.
You have a strong passion for EdTech and the corporate training sector.
You are independent, proactive, and highly organized, demonstrating a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
You are an entrepreneur at heart, thriving in a dynamic, start-up environment and capable of iterating on strategy to build and improve Le Wagon’s offerings.
You have a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, inspiring and developing talent to achieve ambitious goals.
Our nice to haves:
You graduated from a business or engineering school.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on tech product management or management consulting.
You have previous experience in a leadership role within a tech or EdTech company.
You have attended a data or tech bootcamp in the past and are a LW Alumni.
