As a Learning and People Development Intern, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager, the Internal Communication team, to create and update impactful content, plan development initiatives, and support a culture of continuous learning. Your role will involve supporting the development of learning content, people development initiatives.
Your Missions:
- Participate in new hire on-boarding follow-up and surveys:
Support Learning & Development courses for in-person instructors ;
- As part of the HR team, you will work on the following tasks:
Project management (support for the roll-out of our ambitious 2025 roadmap and monitoring of ad-hoc projects);
Participation in the implementation of a digital learning platform (LMS) in all our countries ;
Creation and/or operational deployment of learning content (video, learning, guidelines) and development around various topics ;
Cross-functional actions (organization and coordination of HR meetings with our global learning community ; Learning Management System administration, usage analysis and reporting ;
Support on Talent and training programs within the company
- Learning Needs and Content Creation:
Assess Learning and Communication Needs: Support the L&D team by conducting assessments and gathering insights from department heads and project leaders to understand emerging learning needs related to our brand and culture transformation ;
Develop Engaging Learning Materials: work with subject matter experts and the L&D team to create and update learning materials that communicate our new identity, values, and priorities, using multimedia and interactive formats ;
Provide resources and tools: Develop and share resources that support onboarding, personal growth, and career progression ;
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to continuously refine learning content and delivery methods.
What we're looking for ?
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field ;
- Learning background is a plus;
- Learning and Development Enthusiast: Passionate about creating impactful, engaging learning experiences that foster growth and change ;
- Marketing & Communication Skills: Proficient at creating engaging and visually appealing content that drives action and alignment ;
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborating with multiple teams ;
- Creative and Tech-Savvy: Proficient in G-Suite and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, SharePoint, Articulate); familiarity with internal communication platforms and social media is a plus ;
Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback;
-Positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- Fluent in English, with French is a plus.
