As a Sales Lead at Ledger, you will spearhead our business across North America and LATAM, shaping the sales strategy and ensuring we maintain our leadership in the market.
Your mission
- Revenue Maximisation
- Build and grow existing partnerships (e.g., BestBuy), ensuring partners are satisfied and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration
- Negotiate mutually beneficial trade terms and position Ledger as a key strategic partner
- Support partners in promoting the Ledger brand, optimizing customer traffic, and aligning with our tone of voice
- Business Growth
- Lead the expansion of Ledger's presence in Latin America by identifying and developing relationships with relevant retail channels
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the North America and LATAM markets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of plans
- Use data to analyze business performance, streamline processes, and improve daily operations, communication, and reporting
- Web3 expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and key players in the Web3 and blockchain industry
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a focus on retail partnerships in the consumer electronics or related sectors
- Deep Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or NFTs is highly valued
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals with online and offline retailers
- Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in North America, with a bonus for LATAM knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships across all organizational levels
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
