Job Description

As an Analytics Engineer Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams by providing valuable data insights and simplifying their workflows.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Support Sales Team

Analyze customer data to identify high-potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on customer trends and behaviors.

Use analytical tools to segment and prioritize leads.

Assist Marketing Team

Build and track various acquisition channels on lemlist, lemcal, lemwarm but also Taplio, Tweet Hunter.

Develop dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns (paid and non paid).

Analyze the effectiveness of acquisition channels and propose optimization recommendations.

Support Operations Team

Simplify operational processes by providing privileged access to data.

Create automated reports and visualization tools for operational teams.

Collaborate with Ops to understand their data needs and address them effectively.

Key Results

Within 3 months you’ll have:

Developed a clear understanding of our ecosystem, persona/ICP, and market positioning.

Positioned yourself as the first point of contact for data requests.

Supported Ops, Sales and Marketing in their interactions with our data warehouse

Within 6 months you’ll have:

Fully owned the data analysis process and provided strategic insights across departments.

Enabled Marketing to optimize acquisition channels, leading to improved ROI.

Streamlined Ops processes with advanced data access tools, enhancing efficiency.

Preferred Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Applied Probability, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with databases and SQL, and experience with Python.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills both in French and English.

Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
