You will be joining Benjamin (CPO) and an incredibly strong Tech team composed of former Everoad, Payfit, Swile, Spendesk and Sennder engineers to design delightful experiences for both candidates and recruiters.
The Software Engineering team is primarily focused on developing new features and enhancing the product to better serve both candidates and recruiters. They strive to deliver an optimal experience by refining and expanding our product, ensuring it remains relevant and effective. Additionally, they oversee the data scope, ensuring that data is effectively managed and utilized. By assisting the Operations team, they help analyze data to address customer needs and improve user satisfaction, facilitating a smoother onboarding process and driving the adoption of Maki’s platform on the long run.
As Data Analyst intern, you will be responsible for:
Creating, monitoring and optimising dashboards and reports
Performing targeted analysis for our customers on various topics
Making data accessible to everyone at Maki to drive decision-making, including through clear documentation
These missions will imply:
Collaborating transversally with business teams, esp. Customer Onboarding and Care to identify needs for data-based insights and co-build relevant solutions
Liaising with the Tech team to collect or surface additional data points
Implementing and improving the data analytics stack (current stack: PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Hevo, Hightouch, Data Studio)
Connecting various datasources and tools to perform analysis on extensive and growing sets of data around: Customers behavior, adoption and engagement, Candidates satisfaction taking assessments, Quality and psychometrical relevance of our tests.

Hard skills 🔧
Programing - You are comfortable and autonomous using SQL (Python is a plus), in Big Query environment
Data visualization - You are familiar with BI and data visualization tools (i.e. Data Studio)

You are fluent in French and have a strong level of English (oral and written)
