We’re looking for a Content Marketer to join lemlist’s marketing team! Your mission will be to

create high-value, top-of-funnel content that sales teams can use to 10x their skills.

But that’s not all. You’ll also craft relatable content that resonates with sales pros, speaking their

language and addressing the challenges they face daily. If you love helping salespeople grow

while keeping it real, we want you!

Your key responsibilities

Playbooks/Guides/Case studies

→ You’ll craft insightful, actionable top-of-funnel content (e.g. playbooks, case studies,

checklists) designed to educate and help sales reps grow and excel in their everyday roles.

Webinars

→ You’ll host & organize webinars featuring industry thought leaders, turning lemlist’s

webinars into the go-to events for sales pros everywhere.

Videos

→ You’ll create impactful top-of-funnel videos (e.g. tutorials, how to’s, industry expert

interviews) focused on educating sales reps to perform better in their day-to-day roles.

→ You’ll create out-of-the box and fun brand videos meant to increase lemlist awareness.

LinkedIn posts (educational + brand)

→ You’ll create engaging LinkedIn posts relevant for sales reps to educate, entertain, and

drive awareness for lemlist.

Trends/Benchmark/Innovate

→ You’ll keep an eye on industry trends and audience interests, and bring fresh ideas that

keep lemlist’s content relevant, valuable, and top-of-mind.

→ You’ll test out new content types (e.g. infographics, lead magnets, etc.) —to keep our

audience hooked and continuously reaching new people.

Sync/collaborate with all teams

→ You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, product, and sales teams to make sure

every piece of content is spot-on, on-brand, and driving our top-of-funnel goals.

Key results

Within the first 3 Months:

Contribute to the planning and execution of lemlist’s top-of-funnel strategy, including

creating content-led campaigns to attract new audiences and establish brand awareness.

Produce and publish at least 10 high-impact content pieces—such as playbooks, videos, and

social media posts—that align with our top-of-funnel objectives and drive audience growth.

Own the video script creation for lemlist's YouTube channel, crafting scripts that attract and

engage viewers from start to finish.

Plan & launch lemlist’s 2nd webinar series targeted at sales professionals, featuring industry

experts and driving high engagement with our ICP.

Establish & maintain a presence on lemlist’s LinkedIn, regularly posting relevant content and

engaging in discussions to boost our follower count and engagement by 30%.

Must have

3+ years of experience in Content or Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, PLG, or self-service environments.

Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail, and a proven experience creating

educational content that engage, convert, and drive customer action.

Knowledge of content distribution strategies and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

Action-oriented, with a ‘doer’ mentality, focused on creating value-driven content (no fluff).

Passionate about storytelling, consistently producing educational and entertaining content.

Proactively suggests topics based on our ICP.

Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

Knowledge of the sales profession and prospecting market is a strong plus.

Nice to have

You are a fan of Gong's social content and Ross Pomerantz’s humor (#CorporateBro).

You understand jokes from Friends (happening regularly in our marketing team).

You're a pro meme creator.

You’re someone who follows trends and it’s not afraid of creating

50-55K€ + company bonus (up to 12K€ per year depending on company's performance)
