Job description

As Lead Demand Generation/ Growth, you'll be in charge of driving revenue for lempire products (lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio & Tweet Hunter);

You will impact metrics across the AARRR funnel - from awareness to retention.

You'll own the whole process, from defining strategies, organizing delivery, and ensuring things are shipped.

This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on execution - we are looking for someone who can be hands-on while organizing the work of a small team (1-3 people).

Your responsibilities will involve:

- Paid - lead the strategy, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of performance campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media ads.

- Affiliation - scale our affiliation program with a strategic focus and efficient process.

- Content Distribution Strategy - work hand-in-hand with the Content team to define target audiences, distribution strategy, mediums, organise segmentation.

- Growth Inbound - manage Lead Scoring, Lead Routing & Lead Attribution

- Growth Outbound - generate Leads via Outbound by creating & launching innovative outbound campaigns

- CRO - optimize conversions across Lempire’s product websites: make strategic and technical recommendations to refine visitor paths & enhance user experience, in collaboration with Content/PMM team.

- Mini Tools Strategy & Distribution

- Build Growth Loops / Content Virality patterns

Key Results

Within 3 months you’ll have

- Distribution: Develop a clear understanding of our ecosystem, persona/ICP and market positioning

- Paid Marketing: audited the current paid spend, made recommandations and started implementation of changes

- Growth Outbound: Launch initial outbound campaigns targeting high-potential segments with early performance data and demonstrate you can book qualified leads for our Sales team

- Growth Inbound: Design & implement a new system for Inbound Lead - scoring, routing & conversion management for the Product-Led Sales motion

- Mini-Tools: Build a strategy & identify quick wins for our Mini Tools strategy

- CRO: Recommended and implemented quick-win improvements on our Lemlist website, demonstrating positive early performance indicators such as increased page views, higher conversion rates, reduced bounce rates, and improved user engagement.

Within 12 months you’ll have

- GTM: fully own the collaboration between Product Manager and Content collaboration and Go-To-Market strategy for feature launches

- Paid Marketing: have made Paid Marketing a profitable channel of growth for some of our products

- Distribution: achieve a +25% uplift in content engagement and signup generated through our content by improving content distribution (webinars, community, partnerships…)

- Growth Outbound: scaled our outbound to generate a steady & recurring amount of Opportunities for our Sales - and generate at least 30 meetings / month

- Growth Inbound: increased the conversion rate of Inbound Qualified Leads by +25% or more

- CRO: conducted multiple positive experiments leading to increase visit to conversion rate on our websites

- Mini-Tools: made at least 1 tool viral and generated 100s of MQLs through mini tools, turning into a steady number of new customers

Preferred Experience

- 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing/ Demand Generation in an ambitious /fast-paced environment

- Experience in B2B SaaS in a PLG or Self-Service environment is mandatory - ideally past $10m ARR

- Experience in building out a scalable demand generation function that has revenues impact

- Experience in building a seamless ops engine and delivering relevant data reporting to drive your growth strategy.

- Demonstrated ability to create a plan and execute it with high levels of autonomy

- A track recording of delivering outstanding results

- A strong bias for action, a ‘doer’ mentality

- Experience in creating and growing an audience from scratch

- Innate problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a results-driven approach

- A first experience in management is a plus

- Perfect English
