Our Tech team
The Tech, Data, and Product team comprises 70+ people from diverse backgrounds, working in our offices in Nantes, Paris, and Barcelona. Our products are developed thanks to six autonomous product Teams, each working on a specific business domain.
The Data team
The Data team (currently 3 members) plays a critical role in supporting both our internal operations and external data offerings across our 4 core products: NetMarkets, NetAmplify, NetRivals, and NetMonitor.
Our team's vision is simple: "to become a key driver of growth for Lengow and its clients". We achieve this through three main areas:
The Data team: leading the data transformation
Lengow is currently in the middle of a data transformation. After a recent acquisition, we’re building a unified data warehouse to unlock the full potential of data across all our products. This will enable better decision-making, create synergies in client-facing data products, and support the development of data-driven features in collaboration with the product team.
At the same time, we’re focused on increasing scale and automation our client-facing data products, such as dashboards and custom reports, which currently require manual intervention. Additionally, our current data warehouse setup needs improvement to simplify data retrieval and analysis. We’re also reassessing whether our existing tools (ETL/ELT, data visualization, etc.) align with our long-term data vision.
We operate as a product team, following Scrum, with a clear data roadmap that includes both technical and non-technical projects. As part of the team, you’ll primarily focus on technical projects that you propose and agree with the team, ensuring they deliver tangible business impact.
As of now, some of the most important technical projects in our 2025 data roadmap are:
- Enhance the data model of the data warehouse to improve clarity and ease of analysis.
- Assess and upgrade - or replace - current data tools to better meet our needs.
- Develop a scalable, maintainable approach for building custom data products for clients.
