🤓 Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform :

Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

Position description :

Within an international team of 5 people based in Barcelona, Paris and Nantes, we’re currently on the lookout for a new Talent Officer to join our People team. 

Joining Alexandre’s team, our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the Hiring Managers to focus on finding the best candidates for each position and ensure the perfect onboarding.

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls.
  • Managing hiring processes via our ATS (Workable).
  • Be responsible for placing job ads and verifying references.
  • Foster great relationships with each of the teams hiring managers to keep candidates at a high standard.
  • Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics
  • Ensure that we implement the best hiring processes and work to improve ones already in place.
  • Be in charge of the onboarding by delivering an exceptional experience for all new starter.
  • Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee
  • Improve the attractiveness of the organisation by working with the HR team to implement or improve policies and practices.

  • (1) Perfect command of French & English.
  • (2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills..
  • (2) Organization and rigor.
  • (2) Capacity for analysis, and synthesis
  • (3) Experience on LinkedIn recruiter tool.
  • (3) First experience on recruitment.
