You’ll own and operate the full acquisition funnel across the US and European markets, focusing on two main pillars:
Daily management, optimization, and monitoring of all paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Budget allocation and bidding strategies in line with our goals and content roadmap
Deployment of creatives and content (provided by the Head of Marketing and Content Manager)
Performance tracking and reporting of the entire acquisition funnel (MQL, SAL, SQL)
Strategic recommendations based on weekly/monthly KPIs
Close coordination with local country strategies to ensure lead generation and brand awareness campaigns are aligned with each market’s context
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to identify and partner with new media/event partners for more effective ICP targeting
Constant competitive and market intelligence to identify new growth opportunities
Ownership of our Marketo marketing automation platform
Setup of lead nurturing flows, data integrity, and contact scoring for inbound leads
Collaboration with Sales on outbound campaign execution (target base sourcing, cleaning, mapping into tools, etc.)
Management of outbound tools such as Lemlist, Lusha, and more
Tagging and cleaning of leads post-events or outbound initiatives
Exploration and connection of new tools (especially for data intents and behavioral tracking)

You are not just a marketer — you’re a growth hacker with strong business acumen. You love challenges, data, testing, and… results.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Acquisition, Growth, Traffic
Experience running acquisition campaigns in international environments
Strong command of US and/or European markets is a major plus
Solid hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn)
Advanced skills in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
Experience working with Sales teams and managing outbound tools
Analytical mind and ability to translate insights into actionable decisions
Full professional fluency in English (native or near-native)
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and time zones
Already based in Marseille or open to relocation
Previous experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-growing environment
Familiarity with B2B lead generation and targeting of ICPs & enterprise
Experience building localized acquisition strategies adapted to cultural differences
