Today, we’re seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and report directly to our EMEA Business Unit Manager. Your mission? To spearhead our expansion into new English-speaking markets.
Your role will be pivotal in processing and converting leads from diverse English-speaking countries, driving our expansion efforts, and significantly boosting revenue in these markets.
Main Responsibilities:
Direct Sales:
Manage the entire sales cycle for inbound leads coming from various marketing campaigns and digital channels
Participate in events to promote Letsignit and understand our personas’ challenges
Conduct outbound activities in a territory previously defined with marketing
Organize, mobilize and coordinate all necessary internal resources to ensure project success with your client (pre-sales, CSM)
Indirect Sales:
Reporting / Feedbacks
Implement, maintain and monitor KPIs related to your inbound and outbound activities
Build and maintain feedback routines to improve the lead generation and sales machine

Required Profile:
Languages: English Native or Perfect command of English (oral and written). A third European language (German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, etc.) is a plus.
Experience: Junior candidates accepted
Digital: Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and collaborative tools
Personal Qualities: Autonomy, organization, team spirit and ability to work in an international environment, kindness
Localisation: Based in Marseille
