Level.works

Level.works is a young company based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, passionate about developing a platform that connects businesses and freelancers in the fields of logistics, transportation, delivery, and security.

Its Solution Center, established in 2022 in Brno, serves as the IT hub for the parent company and is located in the modern offices of the Vlněna business park. We develop our own platform, including a mobile app, through which we connect freelancers with our clients—companies offering job opportunities—in the Netherlands. We even received a grant from the National Recovery Plan Fund for the development of advanced platform features. In the coming years, one of our plans is to expand to other markets in Europe and beyond.

In addition to simply improving daily processes, we place great emphasis at Level.works on increasing the satisfaction of our colleagues. A corporate culture based on a friendly and relaxed atmosphere is crucial for us, so we strive to make our shared space comfortable for everyone. Every week, we meet for team breakfasts, go for drinks at the end of a sprint (a Scrum method for planning work goals into two-week cycles), and throughout the year, we organize many team-building events such as a trip to a cabin, a summer barbecue, or a visit to a wine cellar.

Responsible business practices with a focus on sustainability, environmental protection, and support for various social initiatives are also important to us. In the summer of 2023, we launched our first internship program, offering professional growth opportunities to several interns each summer. We have participated in various job fairs and opened several positions aimed at supporting young talent in software development.

Level.works Solution Center is actively looking for talents interested in software development who thrive in a relaxed team environment and value open communication with a supportive team. Ideal candidates are enthusiasts of new trends in development, ready to actively contribute to the development of their work environment.

One of our other values is flexibility, reflected in the possibility to plan working hours individually and work remotely when needed. Every last Friday of the sprint, we have Creative Friday, a dedicated time to work on personal projects related to the platform or focus on self-development.
