Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead material development within product development projects, ensuring compliance, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Define material specifications based on product requirements and customer applications.

  • Drive proof-of-concept exploration and innovation, including IP patentability and FTO assessments.

  • Collaborate on hazardous material checks and compliance in R&D projects.

  • Manage material data, including TDS, SDS, compliance certificates, and material properties database.

  • Oversee product certification and maintain material compliance records.

  • Provide material analysis expertise, working with labs and operations to optimize quality and lead time.

  • Establish and enhance best practices in R&D, documenting lessons learned and quality improvements.

  • Lead material approval processes and strategic vendor collaborations.

  • Ensure a safe R&D environment by managing material-related health and safety risks.

Your Profiles:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering, Chemical Science, or related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in chemical, ink, paint, security chemical, or printing industries.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in material engineering, compliance, and chemistry (inks, security features like IR/UV, polymers preferred).

  • Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, strategic influence, and proactive problem-solving

  • Languages: Native Thai and Fluent English.
