Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Your mission:
Process Design & Development:
Design new and improve existing manufacturing processes.
Define process requirements and evaluate design options using advanced tools (simulation, predictive techniques, etc.).
Provide guidance on concept selection and support the industrialization team.
Ensure Process Feasibility & Robustness:
Conduct Process FMEA and risk evaluations.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure design meets standards and is feasible.
Process Testing & Performance:
Define and execute testing plans to validate process performance.
Analyze test results and ensure alignment with goals.
Equipment Design:
Design new equipment and upgrade existing systems.
Establish specifications and support supplier selection and CAPEX setup.
Capability Demonstration:
Develop and prototype equipment solutions.
Plan and execute testing, analyze results, and document performance.
User Guidance & Maintenance:
Develop equipment user guides, safety instructions, and maintenance plans.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to validate equipment use and upkeep.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process engineering and automation machine design and development, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Expertise in Automation System Design, Machine Design & Development, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor 3D. Strong background in production processes and process engineering.
Strong project management and communication skills, leadership in change management, customer and quality orientation, problem-solving.
Native in Thai and fluent in English
