Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Your mission:

Process Design & Development:

• Design new and improve existing manufacturing processes.

• Define process requirements and evaluate design options using advanced tools (simulation, predictive techniques, etc.).

• Provide guidance on concept selection and support the industrialization team.

Ensure Process Feasibility & Robustness:

• Conduct Process FMEA and risk evaluations.

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure design meets standards and is feasible.

Process Testing & Performance:

• Define and execute testing plans to validate process performance.

• Analyze test results and ensure alignment with goals.

Equipment Design:

• Design new equipment and upgrade existing systems.

• Establish specifications and support supplier selection and CAPEX setup.

Capability Demonstration:

• Develop and prototype equipment solutions.

• Plan and execute testing, analyze results, and document performance.

User Guidance & Maintenance:

• Develop equipment user guides, safety instructions, and maintenance plans.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to validate equipment use and upkeep.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process engineering and automation machine design and development, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Expertise in Automation System Design, Machine Design & Development, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor 3D. Strong background in production processes and process engineering.

• Strong project management and communication skills, leadership in change management, customer and quality orientation, problem-solving.

• Native in Thai and fluent in English
