Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Your Responsibilities:
1. Research & Development (R&D)
Drive innovation in RFID technology, focusing on OS initialization and pre-personalization.
Enhance cryptography solutions (DES, 3DES, AES, HSM) for secure RFID applications.
2. System Design & Development
Design and develop initialization, pre-personalization, and verification systems for RFID products.
Improve test system backbone, standardize processes, and optimize software/hardware solutions.
Develop RFID test and programming solutions for industrialization.
Act as a key user for Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
Update software revisions per chip/OS updates or customer requirements.
3. Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, OS makers, and customers on OS specifications.
Work closely with production, process, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide technical support to test sustaining teams, production, and QC.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company regulations and industry security standards.
Investigate and mitigate job-related risks to maintain a safe working environment.
Your Profile:
MSc (preferred) or BSc in Computer Science, IT, or Electronic Engineering.
10+ years in telecommunications, semiconductor, or electronics industries.
Proven experience in managing test & software teams.
Strong expertise in cryptography (DES, 3DES, AES128/256, HSM).
In-depth knowledge of RFID standards (ISO14443-4, ISO7816, NFC, UHF).
Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, SQL, and OOP.
Native Thai, Fluent in English
