Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Your Responsibilities:

1. Research & Development (R&D)

• Drive innovation in RFID technology, focusing on OS initialization and pre-personalization.

• Enhance cryptography solutions (DES, 3DES, AES, HSM) for secure RFID applications.

2. System Design & Development

• Design and develop initialization, pre-personalization, and verification systems for RFID products.

• Improve test system backbone, standardize processes, and optimize software/hardware solutions.

• Develop RFID test and programming solutions for industrialization.

• Act as a key user for Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

• Update software revisions per chip/OS updates or customer requirements.

3. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers, OS makers, and customers on OS specifications.

• Work closely with production, process, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Provide technical support to test sustaining teams, production, and QC.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company regulations and industry security standards.

• Investigate and mitigate job-related risks to maintain a safe working environment.

Your Profile:

• MSc (preferred) or BSc in Computer Science, IT, or Electronic Engineering.

• 10+ years in telecommunications, semiconductor, or electronics industries.

• Proven experience in managing test & software teams.

• Strong expertise in cryptography (DES, 3DES, AES128/256, HSM).

• In-depth knowledge of RFID standards (ISO14443-4, ISO7816, NFC, UHF).

• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, SQL, and OOP.

• Native Thai, Fluent in English
